Blue eyes

You have succeeded in focusing on the eyes of the model, that very quickly pop out and have quite an impact. The face retouching is also nice, with the soft focus and all. What you may have done was to sharpen and edit a bit more the eyes, to have more of an impact.
The composition isn't spectacular, I've seen many, many pictures taken in the same manner. But yours is a successful one.(because you emphasized the eyes). Maybe you could have used a warming filter, the photo has a blue tint. All in all, it is a good photo.
